Dr. Mark Johnson, D.C., 65, Pyle Lane, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Friday, February 20, 2026 at Saint Thomas West, Nashville, TN of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2026 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Irvin Cushenberry officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held from noon until the service hour on Friday, February 27, 2026 at the funeral home.

A native of Alexandria, VA, he was born November 22, 1960, the son of the late Robert L. Johnson and the late Marla Mae (Koepfer) Johnson.

Mark was owner and operator of Johnson Family Chiropractic. He was a member of Kiwanis and Crime Stoppers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Christina Thomas.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Tina Johnson, Hopkinsville, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
