Victoria Sarbacker, 73, Hopkinsville, KY passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at her home while bravely battling cancer. A native of Larwill, IN, she was born October 25, 1950, the daughter of the late Joe Redman and the late Evelyn (Birch) Redman.

After moving to Hopkinsville with her family in the late 1980s, Vicki was a homemaker, entrepreneur, business owner, and was later employed at the Bar-B-Que Shack, where she first met her loving partner of 16 years.
Vicki was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, partner, and friend. She loved to garden, shop, and spend time with her family. Her empathy, laughter and hugs will be dearly missed.
