Dorothy Irvin

Dorothy Irvin, 87, North Drive, Hopkinsville, KY passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at her home of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 19, 2023 at Lamb Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Crawford officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Todd County, KY.

Visitation will be from noon until the service hour on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at the funeral home.

A native of Todd County, KY, she was born May 30, 1936, the daughter of the late Merrill Penley Christian and the late Martha Ann (Tucker) Christian.

Dorothy worked for Brock Candy Company and was a member of Living Hope Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Irvin; her brothers, Charles Christian and Merrill Christian, Jr.

Survivors include her son, Tommy (Vicky) Irvin, Denver, CO; her daughter, JoAnn Vincent, Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Chasity Huddleston, Tony Vincent, Jr., Deanna Irvin, and Mina Irvin; 5 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
